The project was well designed and implemented to enhance quick logistics procedures with priority laid on functionality, durability and minimizing on space usage.
The working studio is constructed within an existing warehouse that is in business, and comfort is more taken into account than design. Each design decision was provided to enhance everyday working flow, coordination and efficiency in operations.
What We Achieved during this Project.
Container Based Office Cabins.
We have placed ready built container office cabins in the warehouse to form specific administrative and working work places. These cabins are structural, long term and easily installed hence suitable in logistics and industries.
Furniture Office Fitment and workstations.
Executive and staff workstations were also custom made and installed in the container office. The built-in storage drawers and long working times are provided by the desks with durable surfaces.
Raceway and Electrical Points Conduits.
Electrical conduits, plug points and switch boards were well installed along the walls of workstations, -2- ensuring safe, systematized and available power to computers and office equipments.
Vinyl Flooring Finish
The office cabins were finished using high-quality vinyl flooring to give the interior more durability, decreased dust, and provided an easy-to-clean, comfortable surface compared to raw concrete.
Space-Efficient Layout Planning.
The workstation layout was started in such a way that it could make the inside of the container as usable as possible without inconveniencing the movements as well as avoiding difficulties with storage and electrical points.
Metal Sheet & MS Partitions
The work zones were efficiently separated with the help of strong MS framing and corrugated metal sheet partitions that guaranteed the privacy and structure without impeding the movement and airflow.
Power Distribution and electrical wiring.
Full electric facilities were fitted, such as power panels, internal wiring, switches, and socket system and safe routing of cables.
Lighting Installation in Industries.
Offices and working places were brightly lit with industrial light, which is raised visibility and facilitated excessive working time.
Preparation of Floors and Finishing.
Flooring was made even and completed to facilitate smooth movement, as well as long-term use in the warehouse.
Planned to fit Logistics Operations.
